Terms Of Service

We Can Change These Terms at Anytime
We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, modify these Terms and Conditions of Use, including our Privacy Policy, with or without notice to the User. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting. Your continued use of our treatment, Service and this Site following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified Terms.

1. Client Consultations and Information 
All new Clients/Customer will be taken through a consultation or directly treatment (depending), we request a detailed overview of medical history. Medical evidence may be requested at any point.

This enables the clinic to assess your suitability for treatment. Personal information, identification and verification checks are part of our onboarding process.

All Client data is strictly confidential.

By contacting us via email or via our website (contact form), you acknowledge our terms and conditions.

Clients are automatically updated as an existing client following 24 hours of their first appointment/treatment

1.1. Content Property

We are unable to release any form of data upon request, internal data follows a varied process of storage, archived and destroyed (dependant). retrieval of archived information is chargeable.

2. Under 18s Consultations

Skin consultations for under 18s are charged at £95, payable in advance.

Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

 

Minimum age of 18 for all treatments which require us to break the skin.

3. Cancellation Policy

Once you confirm your attendance of a treatment or consultation, we hold this as a verbal or written contract. Please note that due to our high demand for advanced booking requirements we have to fully enforce our cancellation policy.

Cancellations will have 100% of the treatment/service costs charged to the card details used to secure the booking, alternatively, a bill may be created with the remainder treatment plan(s) charges and held on account. Please, see Section 12 for more information.

“No shows” Absence without cancellation on the day of the booking will have 100% treatment(s) cost charged to the card details used to secure the booking.

“Refundable” Consultations are only redeemable against the treatment which was initially booked for the consultations. Only the client who is documented to attend the consultation is able to receive the refundable deposit, against treatment.

Bellisimos sometimes provides complementary (“Free”) consultation’s, however, a deposit is required to secure appointments, the deposit is only redeemable following the successful attendance of all parties at the agreed appointment.

Client cancellations must be actioned by contacting the Bellisimos switchboard telephone number, only the person who is named as the attendee of the upcoming appointment can request the cancellation.

Additional cancellation fees may apply.

3.1. Refund

Bellisimos has a simple No Refund Policy which is strongly enforced at all levels of the company, this includes all transactions such as account, credit and gift cards. Please, also refer to other sections including no.7 to understand applicable charges for cancellations.

Extreme circumstances can be reviewed, which include emergency armed forces overseas deployment or deceased (only). The outcome isn’t guaranteed to be positive, however, the case will be manually reviewed. Any review will follow up T&C’s and internal processes.

General unforeseen circumstance won’t have the opportunity to be reviewed. Any review will follow up T&C’s and internal processes.

An investigation will be enforced which can take up to 21 working days and company finance transactions can take up to 14 working days.

Change/Refund requests are completed via an online form, which can be supplied by emailing us. Proof will need to be supplied before we progress the request.  Every section of the change request form needs to be fully completed to enable us to start the renewal process. If all fields are completed our team will decide if your request can be reviewed and will contact you back.

4. Credit Card Details, Payments and Deposits

For treatments or consultation, a 50% – 100% deposit will be charged to your card or taken in cash at the time of booking, in order to secure your appointment. Upon booking an appointment, you agree to full treatment costs and charges will be held on account until balance is cleared

We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties

Any payment(s) received are 100% non-refundable, including any loyalty, schemes or gift agreements.

Payment may be requested as a form of address verification

6. Appointment Timings

Please arrive for your appointment 15 minutes in advance so as the necessary paperwork can be completed. Late arrival will result in cancellation of your appointment. Should we need to reschedule or cancel your appointment at short notice you will be notified at the earliest convenience and we will not be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances.

If your arrival time needs to be earlier we will advise you at the time of your booking or prior to your appointment

6.1 Appointment Timings

Additional payment may be requested for unsociable hours

8. Refusal of Treatment

We reserve the right to refuse treatment at any point (including pre-tests and consultation) throughout the treatment and/or treatment plan, this option is at our discretion and professional opinion.

Section 8, does not activate refunds nor does it allow incomplete payments for scheduled treatment(s).

6.2 Appointment Timings including amendments 

Once your appointment(s) have been booked, no appointment amendments can be actioned. This includes moving, canceling, amending, changes or adjusting the appointment in any way.

7. Treatment Course(s)

Treatment course(s) including one off, planned and ongoing treatments

All treatment course(s) including individual treatments must be paid in full in advance of the first treatment. If alternative payment methods (including deposits) have been agreed, failing to complete your treatment(s) may still result in a charge, this includes any pre-planned treatments.

Singular Treatments and plan(s) must be completed six months following consultation, first treatment, or payment, whichever comes first.

Monies paid for treatment(s) are non-refundable and price guide decreases will not effect prices for existing treatment plan(s).

8.1 Refusal of Treatment

Any reactions to pre-tests need to be reported to Bellisimos within 48 hours of test and/or treatment. We will request an emergency appointment which must be prioritised and attended within 24 hours to enable us to complete tests and fully capture the requested. In the meantime, we encourage additional appointments with your General Practice and/or local Accident and Emergency centre.

9. Age Policy

As we are a medical aesthetic clinic only patients over 16 are allowed on the premises unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Patients under this age having treatment (e.g. for Acne) must be approved in advance by the clinic.

10. Guarantee

We are unable to guarantee any treatment(s), each person is different and the world of Aesthetics and Beauty is an ongoing process.

“Bellisimos are proud to be Guarantee Free” Yes we are proud to no longer offer refunds, free sessions/credits or guarantees! This is a bold change and you may ask why, during your consultation feel free to ask and you might be surprised of the uniquely positive response.

We operate a 100% no refund policy, which also eliminate our inability to offer free sessions/treatments and credit i.e. no guarantees.

 

Please contact Bellisimos in writing if you are ever in doubt or request information to know if we can offer you. Unless we say otherwise via writing (with two managers signature) please be aware our position is fixed.

11. Affiliates & Third Parties

Indirect purchases are exempt from our internal benefits. Client(s) will need to re-engage with the third party for any disputes or other. Introducing a third party to the purchasing process means the client will need to comply with the third parties and Bellisimos Academy LTD. terms and conditions. Bellisimos can give additional guidance.

Bellisimos do not take responsibility for third parties advertisers or purchases, to verify an associated affiliate, please contact us first.

Final treatment cost(s) will be confirmed upon redemption of any existing purchase from the Third party and a consultation, where the price might be adjusted dependent on the individual and referral.

11.1 Vouchers (Internal and External)

All treatments must be completed by the voucher expiry date

The standard expiry date agreed by Bellisimos voucher, sold directly or indirectly is three months following purchase, please keep original voucher as proof of alternative agreements.

We maintain full control over treatment acceptance, please contact our team before buying a voucher to arrange a consultation to avoid disappointment.

12. Collections

Accounts which enter into arrears will be charged five pounds per day. Additional collection charges may apply, any third party charges incurred in the debt recovery process will be added to the client’s account. It is important to maintain contact with your local clinic if the client’s account falls into arrears.

Most commonly,  accounts create and hold charges due to missed or late appointments, failing to keep up with payment arrangements and not completing the agreed treatment plan(s).

Accounts in arrears/collections may be passed to external channels to support the acquisition of rebalancing the account to bring the account of debt.

13. Direct Debits

Bespoke and structured payment plans are available on the condition of Bellisimos receiving the agreed financial installment on the date(s) agreed.  Bellisimos do not accept direct debit cancellation requests by e-mail, phone or post

14. Dissatisfaction

Misalignment with our values and operations can result in future treatments being ceased due to the tranquil environment we require to deliver the Bellisimos standards of treatment. Misalignment results in future dissatisfaction and thus in the interest of both parties treatment would be ceased.

Only book an appointment, following a full review of our terms and conditions and website, we encourage consultation for you to get a wider understanding of Bellisimos. This enforcement is part of our right to refuse policy found in above (section 8).

15. Treatements

Fees charged for treatment are for the delivery of a treatment and the accompanying service, which is inclusive of;

  • consultation and assessment
  • provision of information and advice
  • safe treatment with evidence-based products
  • aftercare advice and support as appropriate

Whilst we undertake to provide excellent service; factual, honest and ethical advice, safe, expert treatment in experienced hands and only the best products, we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.

Most treatments request a consumable product to be used in order to deliver the treatment(s). Once the products are used on a client during the treatment, the product will have been fully consumed therefore it can not be redeemed. Clients may require an adjusted and / or extended treatment plan to increase the likelihood of achieving the desired results.

Every treatment requests aftercare! you are responsible for following the advice to deliver the best results. Failing to follow the advice will result in the treatment(s) lack of effectiveness or simply will not work!

15.1 Individual Treatment(s)

Bellisimos Academy LTD. endeavours to carry out treatments to your satisfaction and to meet your expectations. In the event that we do not deliver to your expectations please make your concerns known to the company via the complaint process, and we assist you to the best of our abilities. Individual treatments are not eligible for a refund or store credit

Treatment may be refused based on communication and/or engagement levels between the customer or Bellisimos. This may be triggered by a complaint, verbal tonality, written dialogue or other. In this situation, to reduce conflict we may fail to comment on the specific reason for ceasing future treatment.

All treatments are subject to ongoing policy changes which are either captured online or explained by a member of staff

15.2 Specific Treatment(s)

Cosmetic and medical tattooing (Micropigmentation) a two visit treatment course minimum with an initial visit and one top up at an extra cost which can be found on the “Prices” page.  In accordance with our t&c’s Bellisimos does not offer refunds on treatments that have started (includes patch test and/or bookings).  Tattooing with pigment has no guarantee of results and pigments fade over time, therefore once a cosmetic or medical tattoo (using pigment) has started, no refund or store credit can be given. Each session will be allocated a total of 1-hour to deliver the operation (measurement and pigment implantation), depending on individual pigment retention and desired results multiple sessions may be recommended at the point or after your consultation.

After two visits (minimum requirement) if the client feels they need additional visits, this will be offered at the “top up” price on the condition that the additional visits are carried out within 5 weeks of the previous session and the client does not change the originally agreed shape, pigment colour or amount/density of the pigment colour.  If the client has requested changes, further charges will apply at our discretion.

Refund Exclusions

Unfortunately, you cannot return prescription medicines, or anything that has a hygiene seal that has been broken. You have the right to reasonably inspect your items as you would in a shop, but you cannot return items that you have used, unless you are returning them because they are damaged or faulty. Please see Section 3.1 for information on treatment.

Terms & Conditions of Damaged or Faulty Product Returns

  • Notification of damage or fault must be within 3 days of receipt
  • Products must be in the unused condition that you received them and in the original box and packaging
  • We may ask for photos of the damage or fault before issuing a refund or replacement
  • We may ask for the return of the goods before issuing a refund or replacement.
  • All returns must be sent by an insured, trackable delivery service

Damaged or Faulty Products (online purchase)
In the unlikely event that you receive a product from Bellisimos Academy LTD. that is damaged during delivery or faulty, we will be happy to refund or replace at no cost to yourself.  We will issue a full refund (including postage) or a replacement at no additional cost.
